The hereunder document, from herein out referred to as the "terms", defines and outlines the rules and regulations to be followed by all users of the Vegan's Cook app.
Vegan's Cook offers recipes, meal plan, grocery list, and other food management features through it's deployment of iOS mobile applications. The service is offered As Is and no warranty of any kind whatsover is made.
The service is offered through a free app download in the Apple App Store. A premium, Vegan Pro, subscription service is offered for the cost of 9.99 USD per month. Prices may vary in countries other than United States. Subscriptions are billed to customer iTunes Accounts via Apple In App Purchases Auto Renew Subscriptions. It is solely the customers responsibility to manage, cancel, or otherwise modify their subscription. In addition, no refunds or reimbursements shall be offered for subscriptions or unused periods of subscriptions. The premium subscription unlocks all Vegan Recipes within our service offering, as well as unlocks the Cook Assist feature. These services are offered as is.
The offerings and software are trademarked works of ASN GROUP LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company. No distribution, reproduction, or otherwise modifications are to be made to Vegan's Cook service offerings without the prior written authorizations from the Board of ASN GROUP LLC. In addition, the use of this service is governed by New Jersey State, and United States Federal law - "law of the land".
